Our Approach
Probitas, Latin for ‘Honesty’, is reflective of our approach to our customers. Each organization is unique, and while similarities will exist with other organizations, your specific needs are unique to you. As such, the Probitas approach is designed to deliver the outcomes specific to you and your organizational objectives.
Discover: The discover phase allows us to deep dive into your operational needs to understand where any gaps may be, what opportunities for improvements may exist, and what is working well than can be leveraged.
Design: using the information from the discover phase, we design the technology stack required, and the processes and people required to support it. This is delivered with a supporting roadmap designed to balance return on investment, risk mitigation, operational efficiencies, and budget expenditure.
Deploy: the deployment will follow the roadmap delivered in the design phase. We can provide a program management team, or integrate into your existing PMO. Likewise, we can provide engineers and specialists as required, or augment with your existing teams.
Run: the run phase is flexible in that we can provide a full handover to your teams through a hyper-care period, we can augment with your team to run the capability ongoing, or deliver a managed service. This will be defined through the discovery and design phases, and may requirement a combination of delivery models.
